Due to items being made to order, we do not offer refunds or replacements on items that are received as ordered. If your item arrives incorrect or damaged, please email us at info@cloverdesign707.com within 48 hours of delivery/pick-up with a description of the issue and a photo of the incorrect or damaged item. We will provide a refund or replacement for an item that is incorrect or damaged.

Terms and Conditions

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. Most items are made to order and shipped as soon as they are completed. If you choose a shipping option at checkout, your order will be shipped to you. Orders usually take an additional 3-4 days to be shipped. We do not currently ship internationally.
